If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, contact us at support@luckyteeshirts.com, or by phone at (505) 865-6177, within 3 business days of the time you received your order via either UPS or the US Postal Service, for a full refund or exchange.  Please include your name, contact information, and a brief description of your order.  We will process your request and notify you within one business day.

We have no backorders on products. If we don't have an item, we'll tell you.

We ship UPS ground or US Postal Service.  Shipping fees are a flat $4.99 per order.

In case you receive a damaged order, please contact us right away at support@luckyteeshirts.com, or by phone at (505) 865-6177.  As soon as we confirm the damage, we will gladly replace or refund your order.
