Do you allow items to be returned?

Yes, within 3 days of receipt of the product.  Please let us know immediately if you are not completely satisfied, by contacting us at support@luckyteeshirts.com, or by phone at (505) 865-6177.

If my merchandise arrives in damaged condition, what do I do?

In case you receive a damaged order, please contact us right away at support@luckyteeshirts.com, or by phone at (505) 865-6177.  As soon as we confirm the damage, we will gladly replace or refund your order.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are currently shipped via UPS ground or US Postal Service.

How do you handle back orders?

We don't back order items. If the item is out of stock, we will tell you.

Do you carry collector's sports jerseys and tee shirts?

Yes!  Some of our products are autographed by the player.
